
Linheng Li, Ph.D.
Investigator
Ruochen Dong joined the Stowers Institute for Medical Research in 2020 as a postdoctoral research associate in the Li Lab. Dong earned an M.D. from Xi’an Jiaotong University in Xi’an and a Ph.D. in pharmacology from the University of Kansas Medical Center. During his Ph.D., he focused on investigating epithelial-mesenchymal transition and cancer stem cells in pancreatic and ovarian cancer. Upon joining the Li lab at Stowers Institute, Dong is now focusing on investigating the hematopoietic stem cell niche in both fetal and adult stages with cutting-edge spatial transcriptomic technologies.
Ian is a postdoctoral research associate in the Li Lab.

Linheng Li, Ph.D., joined the Stowers Institute in 2000 and focuses on stem cell and cancer research. He is an Investigator and faculty member for the graduate school in addition to co-leading the Cancer Biology initiative at the University of Kansas Cancer Center.
