During my undergraduate studies, I developed an interest in Developmental Biology and Cell Biology, I became fascinated by the processes that govern the formation and growth of organisms from a single cell into complex structures and how well these processes are genetically coordinated . In the Piotrowski Lab, I'm interested in characterizing genes involved in zebrafish lateral line development and regeneration.
